Generated Content: Generated plushie images are owned by you, subject to the license terms of your subscription plan:

  • Pro plan: Personal and commercial use permitted
  • Elite plan: Full commercial use with no restrictions

Service Content: The Service itself, including all software, algorithms, designs, and documentation, is owned by PlushifyAI and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PlushifyAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code

  • Any content uploaded by users
