At PlushifyAI, we strive to provide the best possible service and ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for credit purchases and subscription plans.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By purchasing credits or subscribing to a plan, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

Within 14 Days of Purchase

You can request a full or partial refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

  • You have used less than 20% of your purchased credits
  • You are dissatisfied with the service quality
  • You experienced technical issues that prevented you from using the service
  • The service did not meet your expectations based on our marketing materials

Technical Issues

You may be eligible for a refund at any time if:

  • Service outages prevented you from using your credits
  • Critical bugs affected your ability to generate plushies
  • Failed generations were not properly refunded automatically

Exceptional Circumstances

We may issue refunds on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@plushifyai.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Provide Information: Include your account email, purchase date, order number, and reason for the refund request
  3. Wait for Review: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  4. Receive Response: You'll receive an email with the decision and next steps
  5. Refund Processing: If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase AND you've used more than 20% of credits
  • You violated our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
  • You uploaded inappropriate content that resulted in account suspension
  • You are requesting a refund for credits that have already been used
  • You changed your mind after using a significant portion of the credits
  • You did not achieve the specific artistic results you desired (subjective dissatisfaction)

5. Automatic Refunds

In certain situations, credits are automatically refunded without requiring a manual request:

  • Failed Generations: If a plushie generation fails due to technical issues, the credit is automatically refunded within 24 hours
  • Service Errors: If our service encounters an error during processing, credits are automatically returned to your account
  • Duplicate Charges: If you are charged multiple times for the same purchase, duplicate charges will be automatically refunded

You can view your automatic refunds in your account's transaction history.

6. Partial Refunds

If you have used some of your purchased credits, we may issue a partial refund based on the unused portion:

  • 0-20% used: Full refund eligible
  • 21-50% used: Partial refund for unused credits
  • 51-100% used: No refund available (except for technical issues)

Partial refunds are calculated based on the percentage of unused credits multiplied by the original purchase amount.

7. Subscription Cancellations

If you have a subscription plan (not yet implemented):

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period unless there are technical issues
  • Unused credits from the current period expire when the subscription ends
